2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Highlights
Modern, sophisticated, and detail-oriented are just some of the words we could use to describe the all-new 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Engineered and designed to exemplify American premium, the Grand Wagoneer personifies intelligence, success, and prestige. The automaker sought to set fresh benchmarks in the full-size SUV segment with this modern interpretation that integrates opulence and technology for an innovative experience for every passenger. The 2022 Grand Wagoneer Series I has a starting MSRP of $86,995 (plus destination fee).
Although the Grand Wagoneer is fresh off its debut, its design is both timeless and iconic. A legendary seven-slot grille takes center stage, but the paint-over-chrome laser-etched grille rings indicate the Grand Wagoneer isn’t your run-of-the-mill Jeep model. Stellantis compared the Grand Wagoneer’s grille finishing to the knurled finishing often found on fine watches. The Grand Wagoneer is not offered in trims, the model comes in Series instead and the Series III is a top-tier offering thanks to raised aluminum badging and two-piece copperchino-accented letters that add to the vehicle’s overall refinement.
Tons of Standard Luxury
Grand Wagoneer vehicles come standard with a two-tone black accent roof, a distinctive front end, hood, grille, fender flares, power-retractable side steps, and unique premium LED lighting. The full suite of exterior LED lighting with Dynamic Turn Signal includes premium LED headlamps, taillamps, and fog lamps that all work in tandem and amplify the Grand Wagoneer’s new aesthetic. Even the remote start feature takes things up a notch as the Grand Wagoneer’s exterior LED lights subtly turn on and engage in a “welcome” sequence. When equipped with the Heavy-Duty Trailer Tow Package, the Grand Wagoneer features front tow hooks that are incorporated into the vehicle’s front end.
The rear of the Grand Wagoneer features LED lights that stretch from the rear quarter panel all the way to the liftgate, adding yet another luxurious touch that simply upscales the model’s appearance. Like we mentioned prior, the Grand Wagoneer features unique “Series” badging on the liftgate as opposed to having any trim badging. A Class IV hitch is integrated in the rear bumper as well, driving home the point that you can still “Go Anywhere. Do Anything.” even when Jeep veers into the luxury lane. 20- or 22-inch aluminum wheels are standard on the Grand Wagoneer and come in a multitude of textures and finishes. There’s even a three-dimensional wheel cap highlighting the Grand Wagoneer’s logo in acrylic.
A Nostalgic Option For Customers
The original Grand Wagoneer was notorious for its extensive use of wood on its exterior, but this time around it’s nowhere to be found. However, not one to ignore its iconic roots and heritage, the Grand Wagoneer does feature Sculpted Satin American Walnut wood throughout its interior. Speaking of the Grand Wagoneer’s interior, prospective buyers (and passengers alike) can enjoy the most advanced Uconnect infotainment system to date with a 12-inch digital display and an enhanced intuitive user experience. There’s also an available 10.25-inch passenger screen complete with four major functions including Co-Pilot for navigation and device management, entertainment, Fire TV for Auto and the ability to monitor the exterior cameras.
