The 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid is changing history. In the environmental department, this car is our planet’s future and has already won the Northwest Green Vehicle of the Year Award. Read on to learn what’s good about the plug-in hybrid minivan.

Not only is this minivan powered by an internal combustion engine and a battery, but it is extremely eco-efficient with its huge cargo space and comfortable interior that can fit up to seven passengers easily. Furthermore, any driver of the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid will save huge amounts of money based on average fuel costs and the ability to run solely on electricity. It just costs $1.30 to drive 25 miles according to

“The Pacifica Hybrid’s 84 MPGe and 33 miles of all-electric range saves you hundreds in fuel costs each year over the average new minivan or SUV, but what’s particularly remarkable is that you can achieve this fuel economy while also carrying a family of seven in the front and a suitcase for everyone in the back.” – Sarah Shelton of Drive Revolution chair of U.S. News & World Report.

This innovative minivan is the epitome of a perfect family-friendly car and is saving the planet at the same time. Everyone should know all the benefits coming from the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. Plus, if you haven’t heard, the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid also makes up the fleet of the robo-taxi service called Waymo. It’s all about futuristic, smart, and eco-friendly automobiles today, and the CEO of Waymo, John Krafcik, wants to spread this new form of taxi service to Europe.

John Krafcik has all of his plans laid out and sorted, but just needs one more thing – more vehicles.

“I cannot give you an exact figure, but it is a large number.” – Krafcik.

The plan is to use vehicles that are made by Fiat Chrysler and Jaguar Land Rover as Waymo sets off in different parts of Arizona, specifically areas in Phoenix. The exact number of cars the Fiat Chrysler is going to supply for Waymo is around 62,000 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid units, but this isn’t going to cut it for Krafcik. There still needs to be a larger expansion, a global expansion.

“In Phoenix, we are launching under the Waymo brand. In Europe we would choose a different approach because our brand is not well known in Europe. We would cooperate with a European car brand,” Krafcik said while elaborating on his desire for expansion.

It seems as if Chrysler is heading in a direction that is proactive and efficient, with the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid offering more than just a minivan, but an environmentally friendly cost -efficient family car. In the direction that Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is headed, it seems as if this output of robo-taxi cars could have Fiat Chrysler starting a movement. Although the CEO of Waymo “cannot give [us] an exact figure,” his head seems to be in a space where there is going to be an immense amount of self-driving vehicles being manufactured. Ultimately, that will just help spread information about all the multi-purpose benefits of a hybrid Chrysler vehicle throughout America.
