Hollywood Chrysler Jeep - Grand Wagoneer Hurricane Engine

Consumers are excited about the upcoming Grand Wagoneer L, and without question, the model’s expected to deliver more and more on every drive. To match its incredible prowess, the 2023 Grand Wagoneer L features an all-new Hurricane engine beneath its hood, swapping out the HEMI V8. Of course, it’s fitting that Jeep’s upcoming offering gives buyers a slew of new features, including an all-new engine that’s supposed to roll out on the rest of the Jeep lineup in the coming years. That said, what does the 2023 Grand Wagoneer L offer buyers other than a new engine? There’s an added foot of length when it comes to cargo room, making this the largest Grand Wagoneer on the market and a direct competitor to the Lincoln Navigator L and Cadillac Escalade.

Buyers looking for size, presence, and power should look no further than the current Wagoneer lineup. There are numerous luxury features adding to the appeal to these Jeep vehicles. On the 2023 lineup, buyers can expect to find:

  • A new Hurricane engine beneath the hood.
  • An impressive Uconnect infotainment system and a resoundingly good McIntosh sound system.
  • Plenty of both passenger and cargo room, including amenities for all three rows.

On the inside, the 2023 Jeep Grand Wagoneer L is packed with luxury elements and even better cool features. Buyers can expect

  • Ample storage options.
  • 75 inches of screens throughout the cabin.
  • Thick and genuine leather upholstery.
  • Massaging and reclining seats.
  • A woodgrain dashboard with “Grand Wagoneer” lettering in inlaid aluminum.

Powered by a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged six-cylinder engine, the Grand Wagoneer L is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. With 510 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque, the Hurricane engine is sure to revolutionize the Jeep lineup. Tow rating figures tap out at 9,750 pounds–just 100 pounds less than the standard wheelbase Grand Wagoneer model. Full-size SUVs aren’t usually lauded for their fast speeds, but the Grand Wagoneer L can go from 0-60 mph in just 5 seconds, while completing the quarter mile in just 13.5 seconds at a top speed of 102.7 miles per hour. The 2023 Grand Wagoneer L has a starting MSRP of $101,000 (plus destination fee).

The Perks of Owning a Three-Row, Luxury SUV

Plenty of SUVs on the market currently offer a tight third row, but that isn’t the case when it comes to the 2023 Grand Wagoneer L. Not only can this Jeep meet a wide array of needs, it also comes with plenty of luxurious qualities buyers look for in full-size SUVs–and other bonus features, such as an Amazon Alexa screen for passengers.
