Chrysler has remained relatively dormant for a significant part of the past decade, as it prepares to introduce a forthcoming lineup of all-electric vehicles built upon various EV platforms developed by its parent company, Stellantis. Initially, it seemed that the Airflow concept would pave the way for Chrysler’s electric transformation. However, the automaker has now confirmed that it will kickstart its new electric portfolio with fresh designs scheduled for release in 2025. In the interim, Chrysler will rely on its Pacifica minivan, particularly following the discontinuation of the 300 sedan. Continue reading to discover everything you need to know about the 2024 Chrysler lineup.

2024 Chrysler Voyager: What’s New

The 2024 Chrysler Voyager, essentially a more basic version of the Pacifica, is exclusively available as a fleet vehicle. It is not offered for individual retail purchase. For the new model year, this fleet-oriented variant of Chrysler’s minivan continues without any updates or alterations.

2024 Chrysler Pacifica: What’s New

The 2024 Chrysler Pacifica introduces several minor updates for the upcoming model year, primarily impacting the minivan’s trim configurations. In particular, the high-tier Pinnacle trims now include a Sepia interior color scheme as standard. This interior features Sepia quilted Nappa leather seats with Light Diesel contrast stitching and Sydney Gray piping. Additionally, Chrysler has integrated its Emergency Vehicle Alert System into the Uconnect infotainment software, which notifies drivers about the presence of active fire trucks, ambulances, or other road hazards. The exterior paint color options have also expanded to include Red Hot and Baltic Gray.

2024 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid: What’s New

In the minivan segment, the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In stands as the sole PHEV option, and it undergoes minor adjustments for the upcoming model year. Chrysler has streamlined its trim lineup for 2024, doing away with the Touring L and Limited versions in favor of a single introductory Select model. This new base variant provides multiple options, including S Appearance, Premium S Appearance, and Road Tripper packages. Similar to the non-hybrid model, the top trim of the plug-in hybrid now features an interior in Sepia, complete with quilted leather seats, Light Diesel stitching, and Sydney Gray piping. Chrysler has also made its Emergency Vehicle Alert System a standard feature, using the infotainment display to inform drivers about incidents occurring on the road ahead.

Chrysler 300: Discontinued

After an impressive 18-year run, it’s time to bid farewell to the Chrysler 300. This sedan has not only left its mark in the automotive world but has also become a cultural icon, thanks in part to its role as Walter White’s ride in Breaking Bad. It has symbolized a sense of nostalgia for the heyday of American automaking, boasting muscular bodywork, robust engines, and luxurious seating that exuded a classic coolness seldom seen in modern production cars. Chrysler gave its full-size sedan a proper send-off by introducing a special edition model, resurrecting the 300C nameplate for one last hurrah, featuring a formidable 6.4-liter V-8 engine as the centerpiece. While the 300 may have 18 years under the hood, it might return one day, not only as a car but as a statement piece representing what Chrysler signifies for a new generation.
