The 2023 Jeep Compass pulls no punches and arrives at the peak of comfort and functionality for the upcoming model year. Complete with premium styling, the 2023 Jeep Compass features excellent craftsmanship inside and out. Jeep is venturing out to new frontiers with the addition of a 2.0-liter direct injection turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine beneath the hood, helping the model shine with premium on-road manners. The 2023 Jeep Compass introduces a wide array of advanced safety tech, including Traffic Sign Recognition, a 360-degree Surround View camera, parallel and perpendicular park assist, and an available Highway Assist semi-autonomous driving system.
Other standard safety features of the 2023 Jeep Compass include Full-Speed Forward Collision Warning with Active Braking, Blind-spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Path detection, Drowsy Driver Detection, Active Lane Management, and Pedestrian/Cyclist Automatic Emergency Braking. Other perks of the 2023 Jeep Compass include an available 10.25-inch frameless full-color thin-film transistor (TFT) digital cluster, along with a standard 10.1-inch digital infotainment touchscreen with the latest Uconnect 5 infotainment system, and Apple CarPlay and Google Android Auto capabilities. What’s New for 2023
The biggest change on the 2023 Jeep Compass is the engine that lies beneath the hood. Like we mentioned earlier, the 2023 Jeep Compass is powered by one of the most technologically advanced engines available in the automotive industry, the 2.0-liter direct injection turbocharged inline four-cylinder that generates 200 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque. The engine’s paired with a high-efficient, eight-speed automatic transmission. Engine Stop Start (ESS) technology is standard on the model, giving it enhanced fuel efficiency and low emissions. Automatic high-beam control is standard on the Latitude trim and adobe. Both the Sport and Latitude trims also come with new 17-inch wheels as standard.
