Hollywood Chrysler Jeep 2023 Chicago Auto Show

Jeep and Chrysler enthusiasts alike will want to pay attention to the 2023 Chicago Auto Show, where both automakers will be making a splash beginning Saturday February 11 (2023). Stellantis, Jeep and Chrysler’s parent company, will also be showcasing new models and concepts from Alfa Romeo, FIAT, Ram Truck, Dodge and Wagoneer. Auto Show attendees will specifically have the opportunity to get up close and personal with Jeep models via the popular Camp Jeep attraction.

Camp Jeep

Camp Jeep has been a fan-favorite at events and this year (2023) will be no exception. The track is now larger and steeper and even includes a mountain that’s 28 feet tall and is complete with 45 degree approach/departure angles. Drivers are tasked with navigating through various courses, which work to highlight Jeep’s best off-road features within the 28,000-square-foot exhibit. Jeep expects the three-millionth ride to take place during the 2023 Chicago Auto Show.

Enthusiasts looking to experience the courses can expect:

  • Ground clearance stair climber
  • Maneuverability moguls
  • Extreme break-over
  • Jeep tunnel pass-through
  • All-new 28-foot, 45-degree hill ascent / descent
  • Off-camber
  • 30-degree banked wedge

Attendees who are interested to take on the course can stop by the Jeep display and get a free ride in any of the following Jeep vehicles: Wrangler Rubicon, Wrangler 4xe, Wrangler 392, Gladiator Rubicon, Grand Cherokee 4xe, Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, Grand Cherokee, and Grand Cherokee L Summit. Each ride on the Jeep Camp trail is approximately five minutes long as the course is designed to give consumers a first-hand look at what Trail Rated really means behind the wheel of a Jeep vehicle. Clearance, stability, traction, articulation, and even the suspension, get a chance to shine during the Jeep Camp course.

Chrysler

One of America’s most beloved automakers, Chrysler, is attempting to break new barriers with the introduction of electrified concepts. On display at the 2023 Chicago Auto Show will be the Chrysler Airflow Graphite Concept. Featuring a Galaxy Black exterior, inspired by big city skylines and sophisticated urban scapes, the Chrysler Airflow Graphite contrasts the first Arctic White exterior shown on the prior Airflow Concept at CES. On the inside, the Chrysler Airflow Graphite is clad in Cyprus Copper accents adding a refined and sophisticated design to the cabin. The panoramic glass roof is also accented with Cyprus Copper accents, as well as the 22-inch wheels. With an interior that’s both modern and spacious, the Chrysler Airflow Graphite Concept integrates the lightness of Ice Grey (with its warm Cyprus Copper accents) to achieve a sumptuous feel. More first class lounge than traditional automotive cabin, the Chrysler Airflow Graphite delivers a superior interior that meshes home and work with premium features and finishes. Chrysler used sustainable materials and opted for a soothing color palette that adds to the concept’s overall feeling of spaciousness and comfort.

Additionally, Chrysler will also showcase its Chrysler 300C, a powerful iteration of the model powered by a potent 6.4-liter HEMI engine designed to be a last bow for the model as it commemorates a 70-year legacy. Buyers can expect standard features of the 2023 Chrysler 300C to include a premium 19-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, the latest Uconnect infotainment system, an 8.4-inch touchscreen display, and Google Android Auto and Apple CarPlay capabilities. Advanced safety features come standard and feature Advanced Brake Assist, Lane Departure Warning Plus, and Full Speed Collision Warning Plus. Comfort features of the Chrysler 300C include a heated steering wheel as well as heated and ventilated front seats. The 2023 Chrysler 300C has a starting MSRP of $55,000 (plus destination fee).

In the meantime, Chrysler will continue to push forward with its plans to launch its first full-battery electric vehicle by 2025, with hopes of completing an all-electric lineup by 2028.
