Hollywood Chrysler Jeep What to Expect 2023 Gladiator

Although Jeep has released much of what the brand has up its sleeve for 2023, details on the upcoming Jeep Gladiator have been scarce–until now. Engineered from the ground up as the most capable mid-size pickup ever, the Jeep Gladiator is back in the Jeep lineup  with a vengeance. Consumers can count on Jeep’s expertise with more than 80 years under the hood, as the Gladiator boasts a rich heritage of rugged, tough, and dependable charm.

The Gladiator’s rugged good looks are paired with some of the best modern technology features, including the brand’s Uconnect infotainment system that includes Apple CarPlay and Google Android Auto capabilities. Additional modern features include Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward collision Warning-Plus, Blind-Spot Monitoring, Rear Cross Path Detection among other features. As for the 2023 model year, here are some of the changes buyers can expect on the Jeep Gladiator:

American Flag Decal

Borrowing design cues from the 2023 Jeep Wrangler, the upcoming Gladiator will feature an American flag on each front fender. The addition of the flag is reserved for U.S. models only.

Color Palette

When it comes to the 2023 color options, the Jeep Gladiator will have three new exterior shades for buyers to choose from. Additionally, the core color lineup will also see some changes as High-Velocity Yellow will replace the well-loved Snazzberry shade. Jeep is also planning for two limited edition colors throughout 2023. The first shade of those two is Earl, a color that’s part of the Jeep Wrangler family year-round. The second shade is Punk’n, a limited-edition pumpkin-inspired shade that’s slated to return on August 28, 2023.

Trim and Option Changes

Both the Gladiator Sport and Sport S trims will feature the Overland’s front bumper as a standard feature going forward. As for the Gladiator Sport S with the 2TS package, it will no longer feature standard body-color fender flares as the option will be reserved for the Convenience Group Package. Max payload on the Sport S will also see an increase of 10 lbs , putting capacity at 1,710 lbs. Moving up the trim ladder, the Gladiator Willys package now comes with a standard technology package that includes Proximity Keyless Entry, Garage Door Opener, and Remote Start.

There’s also the recently introduced Jeep Gladiator Freedom edition based on the Sport S trim as a salute to retired and active service members. Jeep will only produce 2,000 units of the Gladiator Freedom Edition. Buyers can enjoy Black aluminum wheels, premium LED lighting, rock rails, American flag decals, Oscar Mike badging, Black fender decals, and leather-trimmed upholstery.

The High Altitude Capability Package remains on the docket and includes a steel front bumper, rock rails, a painted rear bumper, and a front-facing off-road camera. Jeep kicks off production of the 2023 Gladiator model on Monday, September 5th (2022).
