Chrysler Shines at Electrify Expo New York
Chrysler brought the heat at Electrify Expo New York with a fleet of Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid minivans and a large display to the event at the Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, New York. Electrify Expo is widely recognized as North America’s largest e-mobility festival that showcases over 70 electric vehicles. The festival includes more than 1 million square feet of display area, highlighting the automotive industry’s top electric mobility brands. As of this writing, the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid remains the first –and only– plug-in hybrid offering in the minivan segment. The model offers buyers more than 30 all-electric moles, an 80 miles per gallon equivalent (MPGe), and a total range exceeding 500 miles. Another perk of the Pacifica Hybrid is that it is still eligible for a $7,500 federal tax credit and other state and local tax credits.
Using the built-in regenerative braking feature, the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid helps charge the minivan’s battery when braking or stopping. Buyers can rely on a standard Max Regeneration cluster that notifies Pacifica Hybrid drivers of the increased system regeneration. Electrify Expo attendees were able to hop behind the wheel and experience everything the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid has to offer at the event’s ride-and-drive area. Showgoers also learned about key Pacifica Hybrid features courtesy of Chrysler product specialists.
Not only did Chrysler showcase its Pacifica Hybrid, but the automaker also brought its all-new Airflow concept as well. Revealed earlier this year (2022), the Chrysler Airflow represents the brand’s future while highlighting advanced technologies, seamless connectivity, and dynamic design.
